As CEO of Prof. Valmed, I am Vera Rödel—a dedicated mother to two sons, aged 5 and 7, who inspire me daily. My journey led me to earn a doctorate in law from Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz and a Master in Health and Medical Medicine. Throughout my career with organizations like Merck KGaA and Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH, I specialized in healthcare law and legal operations. From leading global legal teams to pioneering initiatives in knowledge management, each role shaped my path to co-founding Prof. Valmed®. Beyond work, I'm a lifelong learner, pursuing additional degrees’ and courses in legal thinking and design. In my downtime, I find solace in running, reading, and travel, nurturing my creativity and revitalizing my spirit for professional endeavors.
