Marc Herber has been working in the IT industry since the early 2000s. After around 10 years in traditional software development, his focus has increasingly shifted towards management, organization and communication. Project management, requirements and process analysis and optimization as well as agile coaching have shaped his roles in recent years. He joined cimt in 2017, initially in the role of Managing Partner and authorized signatory and, since this year, as a member of the Executive Board. In addition to strategic partnerships, Marc is primarily responsible for southern Germany from the Frankfurt office.
