Kirsten is globally responsible for data infrastructure and data science applications in the agile International Private Bank organization of Deutsche Bank. She started her career at Deutsche Bank as a credit risk manager. She then moved to A.T. Kearney, where she became a principal and member of the Central European Financial Institutions Leadership Team. Since returning to Deutsche Bank, she has held various national and international management positions, including CFO for Wealth Management Germany and the global product area. She holds a diploma in Mathematics from RWTH Aachen and a PhD in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
