As a data scientist at BASF, the world's largest chemical company, I leverage my expertise to facilitate data-driven decisions by implementing ML and AI solutions across Asia, EU, and the Americas. With four technical degrees earned across Russia, France, and Germany, my background offers a diverse and comprehensive perspective. Since 2022, I've been mentoring aspiring data scientists and executives at the Data & AI Academy at BASF, contributing to the growth of talent in the field. Outside of work, I'm deeply committed to the data science community, volunteering my time to mentor new talents, write articles, deliver keynote speeches, and guest lecture at universities. Moreover, I host the "Diaries of a Data Scientist" podcast with my colleague and friend, Jasmin Weimüller, since 2023.
