JP Monteiro is the CTO and co-founder of Veezoo, a self-service analytics tool that empowers anyone to explore and discover insights from data by just asking questions in plain English, German, French, Portuguese or Italian. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, JP moved to Zurich to study Computer Science at ETH Zurich, focusing on NLP. Prior to founding Veezoo in 2016, he worked on open-domain question answering systems using Knowledge Graphs, the technology behind Veezoo. Today, Veezoo has answered over 3 million questions from thousands of users in large corporations, like AXA, in countries like Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom and Brazil.
