Jenna started her career in marketing over 10 years ago in New Zealand and has since then worked in Digital marketing across 4 different countries. Her passion is people first marketing, designing communities and behaviour that is integrated into routine and using data to inform & change businesses. Within Loreal, Jenna designed & launched; Club Matrix’ one of the largest B2B loyalty programs within the professional hair-care industry, within the UK & Ireland. Winning second place at the 2019 DMA awards for ‘Best Digital Performance’ and third for ‘Best B2B Industry Solution’. Currently Jenna’s focus is the B2B eco-system, building a single view database that enriches the relationship between brand and the customer, while driving the business strategic goals.
