Modern data architectures entail capabilities such as self-service reporting & BI, process automation, AI for users, as well as benefits for the IT such as a smaller time to market for new functionalities and bettered maintenance. It also introduces a cultural change in how to proceed with time and ressource pressures, makes technical debt transparent and can facilitate a mind shift in how people work together. Some tactics to trigger these cultural changes have been explorend and summarized in this talk.
